Using their click and collect service at Eastbourne wasn’t great. The collection process doesn’t allow for to checkImg the order is complete before leaving. When I got home to find one burger was missing and the fries are soggy, I called to request a refund of the cost of the missing burger. The person I spoke to apologised but didn’t make any refund. It’s overpriced food but I can’t comment on the quality of their burgers because I didn’t have one to eat. A bad family meal. I won’t be visiting this place again. Sorry
