I purchased a substantial number of tickets for the 15 February 9:00 p.m. draw (100+ tickets). The draw started 10 minutes late, with no clear explanation. For a half-million pound draw (house), timing and transparency should be precise. When large sums are involved, even small delays create doubt.
During the live stream, the presenter was actively reading comments. However, multiple comments - including critical ones - appeared to go unaddressed. The interaction felt selective rather than genuinely open.
When the draw is delayed and negative questions are not acknowledged, it does not inspire confidence. The overall experience left me uncomfortable and questioning the transparency of the process. As a result, I will never be participating again with this company!
Secondly, since I shared my details with them, I have been receiving a lot of spam emails, seems like they sold customer data, which is outrageous. I saw another comment below referring to the same issue and that's when I realised this! Please beaware!
