I deposited £1000 and won £4500. When I tried to withdraw, it went to pending status, and I was asked for my passport. After sending it, my account was closed without mention of my pending withdrawal. I'm being ignored now. UPDATE: Six days later and still no resolution. I keep trying to get updates, but I’m getting nowhere. I can’t speak to a supervisor, and no one contacts me.
