I played Texas hold'em last night and was sure I won the hand, but it was awarded to another player. I felt like something was off. I reported my concerns to the automated system but was left frustrated. Today, I played at a lower-stakes table and was winning slowly, but then I was kicked out with a message saying my device was located outside the area. I couldn't get help from the bot and when I tried calling, no one answered! It feels shady; I enjoy playing, but being cheated is not fun. Just sharing this for others to gamble safely!
