I had a very bad experience with 888casino.
I won a jackpot of £47K and, after requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly suspended. I was told it’s due to a “technical issue” affecting multiple accounts, but no clear explanation or timeframe has been given.
My withdrawal was reversed back into my gaming account, which I can’t even access because it’s now disabled. So my money is effectively locked.
Customer support has been vague and unhelpful, only saying I’ll be contacted when the issue is resolved.
