I am having the exact same experience as Eliza below. I had the bottoms on for no more than 1 minute, I returned the top and the bottom because they are not true to size. I was still very enthusiastic about the suit and exchanging it for the correct size. I wrote to them and started the process the day I received it and sent it back a few days later. I received a rejection email about the bottoms, they sent a photo, and after seeing it, I still believe I am compliant with the policy. I checked the suit before I even sent it back.I replied asking them to reconsider and I got a one-sentence generic "apology." I have since started the dispute process. I still have yet to hear about the top at all...just the rejection from the bottoms, so I can't even replace part of the suit. At this point I spent $135 on a suit, I can't wear, I don't even have it...and their communication has been terrible. I manage a customer service team and if I saw these emails from someone on the team we would definitely chat about it...The suit still seems good - so if you know your size will work and you are confident you will not exchange the bottoms...go for it...but if you are going into this thinking you might need to exchange I would think twice.

Growing up on the Texas coast, founder Jessica Anderson Tello is no stranger to swimwear. At times, her dresser overflowed with over 40 different bikinis and, while finding a few good ones here and there, she was never able to find her version of the perfect bikini. As she grew older and her eye for design started to become a career path, she began to notice many holes in the market. These included outdated cuts, lack of options that included cup pads, high rise bottoms that didn’t quite fit right, one pieces that didn’t hug the curves of the body correctly, and most importantly – swimwear that looked great in photos but totally non-functional in a true beach or pool setting.
Bringing functionality and up-to-date styles together, Jessica founded 93 Play Street in 2021. She carefully designs swimwear in the most flattering cuts that make you feel like the best version of yourself while still offering the functionality of not slipping and sliding.
The confident smiles of our customers when they put on our swimwear is what inspires us to keep designing and creating more pieces that you will feel good in from the beach to an Instagram pic and anywhere in between!See more
