Terrible experience with this company - I regret ever placing an order with them. I ordered a swimsuit according to their size guide, the top did not fit AT ALL. I was busting out of the Large, and I’m a 36C. Since they were out of stock of nearly every swimsuit, I asked for a refund instead of store credit since there was nothing to even use store credit on? And they refused. So I sent my swimsuit back, emailed them the tracking info then emailed them the day it delivered. I didn’t hear back for 5 days and when I did, they said they could not issue store credit as the returned suit was ‘stained and damaged’. They sent pictures of a suit that was the same color but that had a gross stain on the bottoms and the seam was literally falling apart on the top. That was NOT my swimsuit. I tried it on for all of 5 seconds, saw it did not fit, and put it back in the packaging. I even checked it before putting it back in the plastic ziplock- It had NO stains or defects. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card so hopefully I’m able to get my money back because they are refusing to honor their policy. This company is unethical and is scamming people. Good luck communicating with their customer service; they don’t address any questions or concerns, just send some vague message back about their return policy. Absolutely horrible way to do business. I’ve told almost everyone I know about my experience, so hopefully no one gets screwed over the way I did. I left an honest review on social media, and the owner of the company deleted my comments and blocked me. Delete and block comments or reviews you don’t like- yeah, that’s great CEO behavior! Ugh.

Growing up on the Texas coast, founder Jessica Anderson Tello is no stranger to swimwear. At times, her dresser overflowed with over 40 different bikinis and, while finding a few good ones here and there, she was never able to find her version of the perfect bikini. As she grew older and her eye for design started to become a career path, she began to notice many holes in the market. These included outdated cuts, lack of options that included cup pads, high rise bottoms that didn’t quite fit right, one pieces that didn’t hug the curves of the body correctly, and most importantly – swimwear that looked great in photos but totally non-functional in a true beach or pool setting.
Bringing functionality and up-to-date styles together, Jessica founded 93 Play Street in 2021. She carefully designs swimwear in the most flattering cuts that make you feel like the best version of yourself while still offering the functionality of not slipping and sliding.
