I began my journey with 9D Breathwork and started my training last year in April. I did not go for my certification right away and since then the training has changed and I'm getting through it again and hope to be booking my Practice Lab breathwork session on the anniversary of my Joining the 9D Nation and getting my Certification! I currently hold breathwork sessions every Tuesday in 2 different locations. Every other Tuesday is Always Free for First Responders and Veterans.
