I joined 9D almost a year ago, and looking back, it feels like stepping onto a path that was quietly waiting for me all along. Since then, I’ve moved through Level 0 and Level 1 of the facilitator course, and I’m now very close to becoming officially certified. But more than the milestones… it’s been an inner journey of remembering who I truly am, of deepening into presence, of learning how to truly hold space: not from doing, but from being🌿I’ve been guiding 1:1 sessions and small group sessions, and now opening into larger spaces as venues begin to align. The testimonials are coming in, but what stays with me most is witnessing those moments… where something shifts, where breath becomes the guide to feel and embrace emotion, where the body releases what it has been holding for so long. There is something sacred in that.
