I came across 9D Breathwork on social media and was curious to learn more. I have done breathwork the past two years and noticed that it really helps center my focus and calm my nervous system. I was really fascinated when I learned about 9D and after trying a few sample sessions, I really enjoyed it. It’s a totally immersive experience that I feel could be very helpful to myself and others if you are open minded to try something new. I love the binaural experience, the music and subliminal messaging as that really enhances the outcome. I haven’t been able to locate a facilitator in my area, so I will enjoy the online sessions available for now. Perhaps when I travel I will be able to find a place to experience a full session.
