I've been a breathwork and movement specialist for 40 years and the workshop I went to had a facilitator that couldn't explain anything properly because too much reliance on a noisy, crass (they say the f word..I'm a fan of the word.. but not professionally) fitting too much in so it's just annoying. They don't do any one thing correctly or professionally. Then the expense for both customer and anyone looking to get certified is ludicrous.
