The Windows 11 Pro key I bought did not function. I received an error message stating it was already activated on another system. I reached out to the support team via the same email used to send the initial key, and they quickly provided another one (within 5 minutes at 10:15 PM EST). However, this second key produced the same error message. After contacting them again, I received a third key that finally worked. While I ultimately obtained what I needed without incurring additional costs, I am hesitant to use this reseller again for future Windows key purchases. I wouldn't recommend it to others either. The representative I communicated with had poor English, which diminished my trust in the legitimacy of this website. I have had much smoother experiences with other options in the past.
