As many others have pointed out in their reviews, the service will NOT CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL even if you request it within the designated period. I was shocked to find a $1500 charge on my card due to their misleading cancellation policy. They didn’t send a confirmation email when I attempted to cancel and are now refusing to issue a refund. I strongly advise steering clear of this operation.
