We used this service for return transfers from Frankfurt Airport to Wurzburg. On the outward journey the driver had some difficulty opening the rear of the vehicle to put the luggage in. He was however most apologetic and resolved the problem. On the return journey the driver was late as he was sent to a restaurant instead of our hotel. It was difficult to communicate with him as his English was not great. We asked a German friend to speak to him but he also had difficulty with German.
