Clear quote Budget-friendly Before I proceed to the cons I want to point out that things go wrong all the time, it is expected but how you handle things when they go wrong that what makes the difference. What did go wrong? Missing&damaged furniture and missing boxes and no one to take responsibility or even show a bit of care, except the driver who was the only person genuinely concerned and eager to help. Worth mentioning that the three missing boxes and the furniture are the most valuable items that we shipped using this company. So here we go with the CONS:Zero responsibility and follow-through, if you (dispatch manager Stephanie) tell the customer that you will follow up in two days you better do it even if you have no update. Instead, a week goes by and you don't even pick up the phone.The staff made you feel like you are asking for something extra when you call to follow up when they committed to follow up with you and failed to do so. The estimated value of $3500 in lost and/or Damaged items. Hiking/Camping gear, Dining table set (partially missing partially damaged), Box of shoes and misc sports gear.Like I said, your business values and practices show not when everything goes right but how you handle things when things go wrong. With the practices like that, no wonder they only accept cash (otherwise they would have thousands of dollars in disputed transactions). They 'deliver' and that is it, you are no longer their customer.Verdict - DO NOT recommend this business to anyone!
