Recently had a bad experience with a trusted and established on-line travel agent who let us down badly and so thought we would give A1 Travel a go, whom we had never used before.
Read some review sites first and found that they delivered as promised, and so we booked a holiday to Majorca with them. Everything went smoothly and we were highly satisfied with the whole booking process. The icing on the cake was the return transfer where we were picked up at our hotel in an E Class Mercedes and taken to Palma airport in style even though we had booked a shuttle transfer. Have just booked another holiday with them to Morocco in September.
