A group of absolute mercenaries. Whilst their profit in a year rose from 11m to 14m in one year, they continue their ridiculous increase in service charges. Every year a £70 increase. Every year the rent goes up. These properties are mainly for young people who have saved and worked hard for themselves to get on property ladder. It’s partially this weak governments fault for allowing this to happen.My rent and service charge was £500 in 2023 it’s now £780 in 2026 after their recent letter (the only time they actually reply to your messages or speak to you is when it’s money they want). Needing an extra 3k a year has left my suicidal All good anyway. At least their profits are up. I am sure the likes of Ian Wardle and the 50 plus shareholders are happy with a great year and more money in their pockets. Legends
