As another customer has said, very disappointed with the service I have received from A2, this is not the first occasion that I have had to complain about the service.Having used A2 over many years I took my car in to have 4 wheel alignment done, they put the car up on the ramp and told me that the rear axle was off the chart but that they had sorted it but they could not do the front because the ball joints had seized. The solution was to replace the ‘drum sticks and rod ends’ at a cost of approx £350. Took the car back to the garage and they freed off the track rods and took it back to A2 alignment, for £150? Whilst doing the tracking at the front of the car the mechanic was told that the back wheels were out, after 10 days and about 20 miles??? When I spoke to the guy at Sittingbourne he said that the backs could have gone out because the car had been taken up on a ramp???Never again….
