Just an awful experience from the start.I telephoned 30 minutes before I arrived and was told there would be no waiting time. I needed two new front tyres. When I arrived there were many customers waiting. I asked some if they had been waiting a long time and it was apparent they were waiting at the time I was told the workshop was empty.I was told to leave my car key in the ignition and wait. Thirty minutes later I asked if my car had been completed and was told they were waiting for me to give my key to reception.When my car was finally taken into the workshop the tyre fitters started to engage in excessive horseplay around my car. When I went over to ask what was going on it was also necessary to ask one of the tyre fitters to take his tools and my wheel nuts off of the bonnet of my car.I complained to the foreman and another employee called me boring.When I got my car back after 1 hour and forty minutes I was so worried about the work A2 tryres had completed I drove slowly home and had the wheels and tyres checked immediately.
