Had 2 new tyres done yesterday and had to order 2 more which I was told would be in after 3pm. I said I’d return after 3pm or the following day, noticed a dust cap was missing so called them to let them know. So today - Saturday I revisit. There was a queue so I went to reception to check the tyres were in, I was told they were, so waited an hour. After taking the 2 tyres off I was told the tyres had been dropped off at Sittingbourne instead of Sheppey, so they had to go and get them. So far I have sat here for 2 hours waiting for 2 tyres to be fitted. I’ve used this garage for 24 years, the staff were as helpful as can be but this is unacceptable, I’ve spent 3 hours getting 4 tyres done. I’ll not be returning for tyres. Tracking done as an apology.
