The item hasn't even arrived yet but i mistakenly purchased a "used" google nest hub max as a Christmas gift. I attempted to cancel the order before the item was shipped and Customer Service politely informed me that I could not cancel because a "shipping label" had been generated They're wasting my time. Shipping it anyways and then I have to request the refund and pay to return the item. The customer service is either a bot or they're required to send scripted responses
