Customer service is shocking. Went into to pay my insurance in Napier and had to queue behind teenagers wanting licences only to be told the insurance people weren't there and I'd have to come back. Came back the next day - 'she's out for 10 minutes.' Came back day later - they have no record of me or my husband as customers - although we have about six different policies with them and our names were on their system. Yes, I'd left the paper invoice on my desk but really? For a $189 bill they wouldn't let me pay - I'll be moving all my insurances - don't go near them
