I recently ordered the 'Dusty Rose' abaya, but I was very disappointed when it arrived. The colour is completely different from the warm pink shown in the professional photos; in person, it is a much cooler taupe/grey shade. Additionally, the material and texture are different—the website shows a smooth fabric, but the item I received has a distinct crinkled/ribbed texture.
I also found it unfair that because of a small £5 discount, I was told the item is non-returnable, even though it doesn't match the description. Please be careful if you are looking for a specific color or finish, as the photos are not an accurate representation of the actual product.
