Had an emergency recently and called A & A. I left a voicemail at 8am and was called back very promptly by Hanna, who was polite, friendly and even helped to calm me down! An appointment was booked for the afternoon with Ryan and I received a tracking link as soon as he was on the way to me. Ryan expertly fixed the issue, explained everything he had done and I suspect even stayed well past his usual finishing time to make sure everything was sorted and cleaned up. So happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
