This is about two orders I made recently.One totalled £1,025 for a coffee making set plus a water purifier and a stainless steel grinder and insulated carafe.The second totalled £60.00 which is still a significant amount of money.The second order was made on the 21st August and was supposed to be a DPD next day delivery. I needed the bottles for a specific purpose and believed they would arrive in good time as I allowed for a little leeway.It is now the 26th August and the order for the bottles has not been fulfilled nor shipped. I have made two enquiries via their system and had no useful reply.The first order was made on the 5th August and it was shipped the same day and arrived the day after.However I am beginning to think that I cannot rely on Aarke's customer service ethos and that was a considerable investment that I am rethinking the wisdom of having made. I needed those bottles sooner rather than later and there is no point advertising a product as Next Day Delivery if the shipping takes many days (if I am ever going to see them shipped) more than that.This is not the first issue I have had with Aarke products and the difficulty in getting prompt customer service. I think it will be the last as I am finally getting the message not to buy Aarke products any more.
