First things First: I really like my carbonator pro a Lot. Works Great for us! And the Design is way way nicer than all the others, I think.Just last week it started to have some issues. As I bought it a little over two years ago the warrenty had just expired. The contact with the support team worked surprisingly well. At first I thought it was going to be horrible, as it started out with a conversation with a Chat bot. But within a few days I got a reply by Mail and everything was sorted immedeately. So I am really delighted about the service and very greatful for the easy and very Customer friendly Support team!
