The entire ASPT team are amazing and always helpful / knowledgeable!Sandra is a very patient lead trainer that makes things easy to follow despite the information overload.The content is a lot that’s for sure and I feel like it will take a few times for me to process it all as there is just so much!!Favourite parts include the anchoring and the representational systems, never heardOf AD before and now I definitely can get better at understanding when people are auditory / visual as I’ve really studied it a lot. Learning how to really help someone solve their own false beliefs too is so powerful just by making them ask themselves basic clarifying questions.Only downside for me I guess was just not receiving the links to access when it was paid the previous week so must have got missed off the access list. The workbook is my fault because I couldn’t give the go ahead until the week before.. howeverOlivia didn’t receive hers either which I know she was upset about.
Honest Review for Deal Mastery with Aaron SansoniI’ve just completed the 3-day Deal Mastery course by Aaron Sansoni, and it has been an eye-opening and transformative experience. This course was not only about business strategies but also provided deep insights into NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), which I now realize will help me tremendously in both my personal and professional life.First off, I want to acknowledge the team behind this event. Their energy, expertise, and willingness to support every participant were truly commendable.The course itself covered a range of topics, many of which were completely new to me. I was particularly impressed by concepts such as: • Anchors: Learning how to create and use anchors through visual, auditory, and kinesthetic triggers was fascinating. • Sub-modalities: Understanding how small shifts in communication or perception can create significant change. • The unconscious mind: This was a game-changer for me, helping me tap into deeper problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Metaphors: I now understand their power in storytelling and coaching, which I know I’ll use in business and personal interactions. • Chunking: A brilliant strategy for breaking down big problems into manageable pieces.These tools not only give me confidence in areas I’ve already mastered but also opened doors I hadn’t even considered before. For example, I never saw myself as someone who would step into coaching, but after this course, I feel confident I could guide others effectively using the frameworks I’ve learned.The structure and delivery of the course also deserve praise. Everything felt intentional, from the group exercises to the real-time feedback from the coaches. I could tell that Aaron Sansoni’s team had put a lot of thought into designing an experience that wasn’t just about learning but about transformation.In terms of what could be improved, I think there’s room to further personalize the learning experience. For instance, some topics could be tailored more to specific industries or experience levels. However, this is a minor point given the overall value of the program.This course is perfect for anyone looking to improve themselves, whether it’s scaling a business, leading a team, or strengthening personal relationships. The skills I’ve gained—especially in communication and understanding others—are things I will carry with me for life.If you’re considering this course, I would highly recommend it. Participating in the Coach Mastery program was a fantastic experience. I learned a great deal and acquired tools that will help me become a better leader, parent, and business owner. The course was well-prepared and structured, with an excellent facilitator, Sandra, who is knowledgeable and passionate. She integrated the skills seamlessly throughout the program. I highly recommend this course. The trainers and coaches were also very helpful, answering questions and supporting us throughout the three days.
A very eye opening experience where I can honestly say has changed my whole outlook on life in so many ways. Highly recommend to anyone, even if you have no desire to become a coach for other people, it’s great for your own personal development, or self coaching

The most intensive four days I have spent with the largest amount of relevant information coming at me!I am so grateful to have been invited to attend the most recent EMPIRE in Melbourne as a guest; it has provided me with validation of my thinking and expanded the possibilities so much further than I knew.One of the absolute best moments was watching a most deserving person realise the possibilities of their idea unfold in front of them. In that moment I also came to understand that what lies in front of me IS an empire!When putting my youngest child to bed the night following Day 4, he asked me “Mumma, why were you away for so long, it was 96 hours in total!” I looked at him and smiled with raised eyebrows and he went on to say “it was that long, I’ve done the math!”Thank you to Aaron and his team for a brilliant four days.
