I have been a customer for years and has always been provided, until recently. Started in before the Chinese new year ordering and payments done. Haven't heard in 2 weeks after 13k with runs and shipment to be done Friday. Will change review if this situation changes/is a hiccup, lack of communication isn't a good business strategy unless bailing, though, Jean.
