The inspection itself was very detailed and included a full drone survey of the roof, which provided real peace of mind. The final report was exceptionally comprehensive, clearly laid out, and supported by numerous high-quality photographs. What truly set the experience apart was the thorough debrief afterwards — the representative took the time to discuss the findings in detail, explain the implications clearly, and answer all my questions. This was extremely valuable and helped me fully understand the condition of the property. Unfortunately, my purchase didn’t proceed, but when I find my next property, I will have absolutely no hesitation in using this service again. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.
