My experience with Aatm Yogashala school has been wonderful.I was looking for a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, where I could begin my journey of discovering yoga and the spirituality around it, and this school has been the perfect place to start.All the teachers were magnificent—dedicated, passionate, and professional. The schedule was excellent (aligned with circadian rhythms), and the sattvic food was very healthy and easy to digest. I never had any digestive issues, which was something I was worried about.I have learned so much about India, mythology, philosophy, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and I’ve also made many local friends, learned some Hindi, and visited as much as possible. It has been an unforgettable month.As a woman traveling alone, I also felt very safe and protected at all times. I injured an area where I had previously undergone surgery and had to go to the hospital several times, and the entire school team took great care of me, supporting and helping me the whole time. I am tremendously grateful, and I truly hope to return to Rishikesh soon to greet the entire team.Special thanks to Anu, and to the teachers Ayusi, Prasand, and Jaggi for their heartfelt and personal way of connecting.Thank you all, and I hope you continue on your path in Rishikesh with the same passion and enthusiasm. You do wonderful work and are an inspiration.
