Amazing life changing experience! This ashram is beautiful, the teachers are wonderful very good teachers, the vibe of the place is so nice and amigable! Food is all vegetarian and learnt a lot about Ayurveda too! I really recommend it!! I am sonia from Argentina and did 200hours certification
