We had a successful trial clean, but didn't want the frequency of future visits insisted on. At short notice the company said they were coming the following morning, I didn't see that message or I would have cancelled - but they came anyway and did the front of the house but couldn't access the back.They then sent a bill for £40 for work we had NOT authorised and have been hassling us regularly to pay and now (19/08/25) are threatening legal action if we don't capitulate - not a welcome prospect for people in their 80's....
