They kept missing a window on their visit, when I told them about it, they said they would make sure it’s cleaned the next time. The next time, it wasn’t cleaned again, when I addressed this to them they said it was black mould so it would need a more intense clean they can’t achieve with their high tech window cleaning gear. However, a wet paper towel cleaned it just fine. They were quite rude about my unhappiness with their cleaning quality, and refused to come back, so I had to resort to sending them video evidence of how effective a wet paper towel was at cleaning this supposed black mould that required intense cleaning, they then begrudgingly agreed to return, and when they did return, still didn’t clean it properly. So, I asked to cancel their services as I was not happy with the cleaning quality and the rude customer service, they demanded I pay them in full for their last insufficient clean, I paid just to get rid of them.
