Delivery time was great the sofa arrived earlier than expected. The driver was more than helpful. As I live in apartment blocks, he was more than happy to help me bring the sofa up the lift to my apartment door. Regarding the quality, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t say the quality is brilliant but I wouldn’t say the quality Is horrendous. The sofa is nice to look at but isn’t the most comfortable. We had to buy adhesive Velcro to put the bottom of the cushions so that they would not slide. We also had to buy new feather cushions to replace the ones on the sofa.
