Ordered a bed on the 7th and received it on the 11th, we paid for expedited delivery and assembly. My mother was present during delivery, and the team was unprofessional, shouting instructions. They went to the wrong house. While carrying the bed upstairs, they damaged my loft ladder and were rude to my mother, who is 78. Upon my return, I found the bed was the wrong color despite my request for additional height not being fulfilled. I have been trying to contact them with no response. They take your money and then ignore you. I have requested a return and received no acknowledgment. This company is unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
