I have been using this service for the past two years, but when it comes time to file a claim, you are redirected to another provider who does everything possible to deny your request, even for minor issues like a doctor's visit. The process is slow, requiring excessive and unreasonable paperwork until you ultimately give up. I reached out to the support team but received no response. I will not use this service again.
