False advertising on the website. When looking for somewhere to get braces for my daughter, I found this place. It says free consultation and that you can be seen in a week, so I enquired and got a WhatsApp message saying it would be a £100 consultation and that the next available appointment would be 20th April (it was 6th March). It’s stuff like this that is sketchy so I won’t be using.
