I ordered a portable barbecue from A Bell. The process and initial contact went as seamlessly as you would expect. Unfortunately, their chosen courier, EVRi, were less competent. They failed to deliver the goods, and, after their first email correspondence, neglected to update me on delivery (for over a week). Much to Bell's credit, and that of their online sales team, they arranged for a replacement to be sent via a different courier (DPD) which duly arrived next day. I would highly recommend A Bell, but would suggest that they sever all connections with EVRi.
