Terrible customer service.I ordered from this company (paying extra dollars with the U.S. exchange rate), so my shirt was expensive.The shirt was to have a CDN country flag on the sleeve and they ironed the flag completely off center. It was also crooked and the edges showed glue. This company insists the warehouse sent me the right item dismissing any of my concerns about the lack of precision.When worn, the flag doesn’t show properly and gets folded in toward my armpit.Would you not expect a flag logo to be centered on your sleeve? This company does not respect any concerns for errors made. But I guess they got my money and that is all that matters. And I don’t want a $5 credit for a $50 (exchange rate) shirt. I will not be ordering from this company again.
