Ordered 3 items through website on 12/18/24. I got a receipt for 1 amount. My credit card was charged almost $18 more. I disputed and got a refund. Support told me it was a system error. Tracking info said coming from Spain. Then tracking info changed to China. As of 1/6/25 items indicated to still be in customs. The next thing you know the info is updated to reflect the package miraculously in my mailbox in New Jersey 5 hours later. I received no package. Tracking number is not even a valid USPS tracking number. Have been emailing back and forth with support. They refuse to refund saying package was delivered. Moral of story..don’t order from pop up websites you never heard of!!!
