Thanksgiving was in 18 days, so with the fast service (implies fast delivery) promise, we thought no problem. We received 1 shirt the day before Thanksgiving (17 days from initial order), and the second shirt was received one week later (a week after thanksgiving). Originally the first shirt appeared to originate from Ireland, and the tracking info showed slow movement through customs. Then a different tracking number shows it coming from China and going through customs there. Once it hit the US though, it only took a day being routed through Chicago. We did try to cancel the order on November 21, since it appeared that receipt by Thanksgiving was impossible. They replied it would be impossible to cancel because they had been shipped.After receiving one shirt we notified the company, and then was informed there were in fact 2 shipments, and got a second tracking number. This tracking information shows that the second shirt was shipped after we had tried to cancel the order. This shirt came from China.This was not fast service.Fast RefundWe were initial overcharged for our shirts by 8 dollars. They did promptly refund the overcharge. However, in order to get a refund for the now unwanted shirt, we are required to ship the shirt at our expense back to China, which they say is very expensive. So no fast refund here, so I am not really sure what they expect.Customer ServiceAlthough the icon on the web site implies being able to call someone, that is not the case. They only provide an email, and since apparently the company is somewhere overseas, the response is an overnight one. So it takes a full day to get a response from them via email, which is slow communications. They did apologize for logistical problems, etc., but this slow response should be a known thing, especially coming from overseas (which is not mentioned on their web site), and they should not be advertising fast service, if they don't have fast service.We have not opened the second package, however the first shirt really was not of great quality, but it was worn for Thanksgiving.The current situation is that the charge for one shirt is in dispute with Visa, along with half the shipping charge. The company is requesting me to ship the shirt back to China distribution for the refund, and refuses to provide a pre-paid mailing label. The second package is yet unopened.There are some positive reviews for this company, and maybe if you are not in a hurry for the shirt, they may be ok. But you may want to set your expectations accordingly.
