What made my experience great was the instructor Ian. He delivered the course through easy-to-follow demonstrations, backed up with his in-depth knowledge and experience of 40-years in the industry. The syllabus was also excellent, covered all the basics as well as some slightly more advanced techniques that have equipped me to hopefully fix up my bathroom. Finally the facilitates at the centre are superb, the training bays replicate real life plumbing scenarios. Brilliant course and highly recommended.
