Terrible survey and extremely poor customer service. The surveyor missed 2 fundamental issues. 1. failed roof glass/skylight which consisted of 6 glasses and 4 of which at the time of survey were in extremely poor condition. All they had to do to look up and notice it. When we questioned this they sent us a picture of another window saying as you can see the window looks OK .They missed a fundamental damp issue. Again when we questioned Ed they said the property was very crowded at the time when the survey took place. I sent them a picture saying the wall is empty and nothing there why make up stories.All they seem to be interested is to take the money and move to the next customer
