I had a series of clear text messages updating me on their progress finding someone and within an hour we had Harry who calmly and quickly sorted the problem and got the heating and the water back on in time for the kids to shower as normal before a slightly late bed. They didn't break the bank either and set out prices clearly - when we were in a vulnerable position... Uncomplicated, good service with a calm and reassuring presence.
