We’ve always relied on Able Plumbing, and our annual boiler check in December 2024 was no exception. During the review, they quickly identified a component that needed replacing to restore our hot water to full efficiency — at the time, it was fluctuating between hot and cold, making it impossible to even fill a bath.Realising we had boiler insurance, we decided to use the service provided through our policy with another company. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The engineer sent was NOT Able (pun intended!) and ended up flooding the entire boiler unit, damaging the PCB. We were left without proper hot water and had to book hotel rooms to shower for two weeks.Once the insurer finally rectified the damage they’d caused, the original issue with the boiler returned. That’s when we turned back to our trusted team at Able Plumbing.Terry was brilliant. He spent the day thoroughly flushing the entire system, took the time to explain every issue clearly, and was an absolute pleasure to have in our home.A big thank you also goes to Louise and Andy, whose support went above and beyond.
