Incredibly thankful for the support team at AV86, Thomas and Nikoline for helping me with my first online watch purchase. Right before ordering the 1844, I opted in for the free gift watch pouch that comes with a watch purchase. I placed my order and then realized I received an email with a code for the watch pouch after my order had already been placed. A little bummed, I started looking at what accessories I could get using the coupon code (before I knew it only applied with a watch purchase), but it wouldn’t work. So I left the site with the items still in my cart, partially checked out.Later, I received an email from Thomas asking if something had gone wrong since I didn’t complete the order. I normally wouldn’t reply, but I explained why I left the cart and that I had missed my chance to use the coupon code. Nikoline replied with a solution so I didn’t have to buy another watch just to use the code. Nikoline arranged it so I only needed to pay for shipping, and they would send the pouch ASAP.Again, I’m extremely grateful for their great customer service and will definitely be ordering another watch from AV86.
