I bought two jeans and returned them in their original packaging within the complaint period as requested by About you. After arguing with them 3 times by phone (two weeks!!!) for someone to pick up the goods, the goods were finally picked up at my home address. About you offers the option of picking up at my home address, which I wanted to use.In a short time, I was refunded only for one pair of jeans. After that, I argued with About you to get my money back for the others. Despite numerous half-information (5 times by phone), I have not been able to get ANYTHING until today. So, avoid About you because they do not follow their rules and so I was left without one jeans and without money.Today I am writing a complaint through State consumer protection.
