However, in this instance I’m making the exception.I popped in to AM on the off chance today. I’m looking to trade in a guitar for something new. A young lad behind the counter (I think his name was Luke) was not only very helpful but also incredibly polite. Nothing was too much of an effort for him. Although I didn’t purchase anything (due to lack of stock for us lefties) he took my details and promised to get in touch if anything of interest came in.Customer service is so important in business and the service I received today was faultless.
