Shockingly blunt online response to issue shipping item via Amazon. Initially product was 10% more expensive than other retailers, but as offered a faster delivery date decided on Absolute Music as an option. The product however was not shipped on time but seeing as this was meant as a gift, the delay resulted in a 30 mile drive to pick up a replacement from PMT in Manchester at a 10% lower price.All being fair my complaint was not in the delay, but in the way this was handled when the product was returned with the subsequent refund missing the delivery charge, Absolute Music blaming Amazon when Amazon did not ship the product in the first instance and the blunt response from the staff member who deals with the Amazon Marketplace messages.Overall even though prices are a little higher than competitors, don't expect your deliveries any faster, shop around...
