Be very careful - They advertise a service they cannot provide.Using their online form I asked for a quote to have pearls restrung and after a delay received an email back as follows "Thank you for your pearl re-stringing enquiry and apologies for such a delayed response. We are unable to assist you on this occasion due to our current work load.I assume you already have assistance elsewhere given the delay which we apologise for again."Seriously ? If they advertise something, ( /pearl-restringing-service) then they should be in a position to offer it.Would I go there for anything now or in the future based on this experience - NO, totally makes me want to stay clear.
